Our neck and shoulder pack is the perfect herbal remedy for treating the whole neck, upper back, and shoulder by getting to those painful and stressed areas. This neck and shoulder pack measures 15" X 6 1/2 " deep semi-circular, and has a comfortable half-circle shape when laid flat. Microwave on medium heat for one minute, then add 20 seconds if necessary. Test on skin before use.

We use flax seed, also known as linseed, as our filler as well as the heating and cooling element in our Neck Wraps, Body Packs, and Eye Pillows. Flax seeds have a high oil content that does not drie out, which allows you to heat your pack over and over; unlike grains such as rice. And, we love flax seed because it is a very small smooth seed that allows for perfect contouring of your body. |

Peppermint
Peppermint has been used as a pain reliever of headaches, migraines and arthritic pain, as well as, reducing sinus congestion and nausea.

Place your herbal heat pack in the microwave for one minute. If the microwave does not have a turntable, flip the herb pack over half way through the heating process to avoid burning. Each microwave provides heat differently, so to avoid burning the heat pack; it is necessary to check the heat pack every 20 seconds while it is heating, also to avoid burning. Check to see if it is hot enough, and if not heat it up for another 20 seconds until you get the heat desired. Always test before using on the skin, and do not sleep with or sit on the warm heat pack.
