Place your herbal heat pack in the microwave for one minute. If the microwave does not have a turntable, flip the herbal pack over half way through the heating process to avoid burning. Each microwave provides heat differently, so to avoid burning the heat pack; it is necessary to check the heat pack every 20 seconds while it is heating, also to avoid burning. Check to see if it is hot enough, and if not heat it up for another 20 seconds until you get the heat desired.
