Our basic pack designed to be a multi-functional flax pack. It works great on the neck, back, knees, ankles, elbows and/or wrists. It's rectangular design allows it to be wrapped around the affected area, providing deep penetrating relief.
Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Sprits heat packs before heating, for moist heat. Microwaveable flax herbal heat packs are wonderful for cold winter nights.
