USA ORDERS: Shipping and handling fees are calculated upon checkout, based on the dollar amount of your order, your zip code and country.
In-stock orders usually ship within 1 -4 business days.
Most items are in stock at all times.

Shipping within the United States West Coast, takes 2-4 business days for delivery of in-stock items.

Shipping within the United States East Coast, takes 2-3 business days for delivery of in-stock items.

Shipping into Canada or Europe, takes 4-14 business days for delivery

If your item was not in stock, we will e-mail you with an approximate time of shipping. Orders are rarely delayed.

Returns:

For your sanitary protection, there are no returns allowed on Bed Buddy ®, Bed Buddy substitute heat packs or heat pack covers.

All product returns must be pre-authorized. Please call 1.727.393.2226. If the product you ordered is returned to us, we will refund the product price only, not the shipping and handling fees.

If the package is refused by you, the amount charged to us for return shipping will be deducted from any refund.

Place your herbal heat pack in the microwave for one minute. If the microwave does not have a turntable, flip the herb pack over half way through the heating process to avoid burning. Each microwave provides heat differently so to avoid burning the heat pack; it is necessary to check the heat pack every 30 seconds while it is heating, also to avoid burning. Check to see if it is hot enough, and if not, heat it up for another 20 seconds until you get the heat desired. Always test before using on the skin, and do not sleep with or sit on a hot heat pack.

Always stay with the heat pack while it is in the microwave. Leave the heat pack in the microwave for one minute after you are finished with heating. We are not responsible for any injury that may occur from overheating these heat packs such as burns on the skin or fire in the microwave or any where else as a result of you over heating one of our heat packs. Test your heat pack and make sure it did not get too hot - before using it in any way. We will not replace your heat pack if you burn it.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions to herbs.

Do not use heat on the eyes. Do not wet your heat pack. Sprits material lightly for moist heat. Do not use on extremities if you have diabetes. For external use only! They contain flax seeds, lavender, peppermint, chamomile, and ground bay leaves. Our Heaven's Therapy heat packs contain numerous herbs all all kinds and are very fragrant.

Use low heat and use less time for elderly and pets. Our heat packs are not for children or infants. Store pack in freezer in the baggie provided for cold therapy.

Some of our heat and cold packs contain various herbs. Do not order our heat or cold packs if you have asthma, allergies to herbs, or any breathing problems. For external use only!

Heat in 20 second intervals, and always stay with your product while heating. We are not responsible if you over heat and damage your product.

No refunds allowed on any heat or cold packs, for your protection.
