and handling fees are calculated upon checkout,
based on the dollar amount of your order, your zip code and country.
Shipments to Canada and Europe are sent in a flat rate box and the shipping fee may be adjusted AFTER the initial transaction is completed. (1/3 shipping charge refund does NOT apply to orders out of the USA)
In-stock orders usually ship within 2 -4 business days.

If your item was not in stock, we will e-mail you with an approximate time of shipping. Orders are rarely delayed.
If you order 2 or more heat or cold packs (not including the B-Cool Neck Wrap), we will refund 1/3 of the shipping charges calculated in your order. This refund will be given at the same time your shipping label is printed. This shipping refund does NOT apply to Canada or European customers.
Returns:
For
your sanitary protection, there are
no returns allowed on Bed
Buddy ®, Bed Buddy substitute
heat packs or heat pack covers.
All product returns must be pre-authorized. Please call 1.727.393.2226. If the product you ordered is returned to us, we will refund the product price only, not the shipping and handling fees.
If the package is refused by you, the amount charged to us for return shipping will be deducted from any refund.

Remember
- Do not over heat your heat pack.

Always stay with the heat pack while it is in the microwave. We are
not responsible for any injury
that may occur from overheating these heat packs such as burns on the skin or fire in the microwave. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to herbs.
Use low heat and use less time for elderly and pets. Our heat packs are not for children or infants. Store pack in freezer in the baggie provided for cold therapy.
Microwave heat packs on medium for 1 minute only. (Heat eye pads for 20 seconds only). Add 20 seconds at a time if more heat is needed. Avoid over heating. Do not wet the heat pack. Sprits material lightly for moist heat. Do not use on extremities if you have diabetes. For external use only! Contains flax seeds, lavender, peppermint, chamomile and ground bay leaves.
Some of our heat and
cold packs contain various
herbs. Do not order our heat
or cold packs if you have asthma,
allergies to herbs, or any breathing
problems. For external use only!
Remember
- Do
not over heat your product.
Heat in 20 second intervals, and always stay with your product
while heating. We
are not responsible if you over heat your product.
No refunds allowed on any heat
or cold packs, for your protection.

Orders shipped to the USA are sent standard 2 day shipping.

If more than one Thermotex product is ordered, we will manually ask you for another shipping charge after the sale is completed through ESGMassage.com. All Thermotex products are send in seperate packages.
