in 40 second intervals - DO NOT overheat.* ESG recommends heating your Bed Buddy or any heat pack for 60 seconds at a time, adding 15 seconds as needed, not to exceed 90 seconds total heating time. Stay with your heat pack while it is in the microwave, then test it before using it in any way. |
